Under the skin / Song notes
Parasite Smile
Acid trap / industrial / dubstep
The story
A voice gets inside your head. The song follows that intrusion through manipulation, resistance and the struggle to take yourself back.
The sound
Whispers tighten into rap, then a screamed breakdown tears through the restraint. The softer resolution changes the emotional temperature again. Acid trap, industrial textures and dubstep drive the arrangement.
